All bookings are confirmed at the time of reservation. Because this is a private rental, we do not offer monetary refunds for cancellations, early departures, or changes in travel plans for any reason, including weather, medical issues, or personal emergencies.
Rescheduling
If you cannot fulfill your original reservation, please contact us at least [Number] days prior to your arrival date. While refunds are not issued, we allow the total amount paid to be applied as a credit toward a future stay. These credits do not expire and may be used for any available dates.
